At Neat Freak Cleaning customer is king. We care about your experience and offer discounts to clients who elect to fill out a brief one-page questionnaire providing us with valuable feedback on the service received. We also offer other incentives for referring other customers to us, such as but not limited to free cleans, discount vouchers, and prizes (terms and conditions apply).
Vision
We aim to do our part in job creation in South Africa. We plan to grow to service well established as well as underserviced communities in our country.
Mission
We strive to provide professional cleaners at competitive rates. We realize that a fulltime domestic worker can be costly and exclusionary we aim to bridge this gap.
